(CAN) OMNI Assistant Manager

Position Summary

To support the Store Manager and manage store operations according to Company guidelines and lead Associates to ensure friendly, helpful service and drive profitable store sales.

What You'll Do

• Drive profitable sales through achievement of sales and profit goals, budget management and sales forecasts.
• Analyze and utilize sales / financial reports, economic trends and community needs to identify and respond to market changes while controlling expenditures.
• Communicate sales results to associates and guide interpretation of results.
• Develop operational plans with the Management Team, prioritize, delegate and provide clear direction to Managers and Associates.
• Ensure optimal store conditions through effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing and store standards within Company policies and guidelines.
• Implement new store programs and evaluate effectiveness to achieve successful results specific to the area overseen (Front End, Back End, Fresh, or Operations).
• Cross‑train to work proficiently in all areas of the Store when needed.
• Execute and monitor asset protection and safety controls; maintain quality assurance standards; oversee safety and operational reviews while ensuring compliance with Walmart policies and procedures.
• Serve customers as an ambassador by greeting customers, seeking their feedback and ensuring issues are resolved within Company guidelines to create a positive shopping experience.
• Lead associates by conducting regular store meetings, communicating operational direction and initiatives, and providing opportunities for professional growth.
• Demonstrate Company values, hold associates accountable, and manage relationships with supporting functions within the store and district.
• Comply with all Company standards and procedures when handling merchandise, including cash controls and handling high‑ticket items.

The pay range for this position is $56,100.00 - $66,642.50. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
