GardaWorld is recruiting tactical security guards for a secured site located in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines. This specialized role places you at the heart of a strategic environment where vigilance, professionalism, and team spirit are essential.

Each day will allow you to put your security and physical intervention skills to use.

Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard

Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity

Check identification and control access to secure areas

React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken

Ensure proactive monitoring and compliance with protocols.

Collaborate with colleagues and, when required, with emergency services.

Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada

Hold a valid security license

First aid certification (an asset)

Previous experience as a security guard (physical intervention, patrol, access control, or surveillance) — required. Experience in tactical security or a secured site is an asset.

Proven skills in communication, stress management, and teamwork.

Integrity, vigilance, and professionalism.

Ideal for several profiles with relevant experience :

Former military personnel or reservists wishing to continue as security guards in the civilian sector.

Students in police techniques / fire safety / criminology who already have field experience in security (summer jobs, internships, reserve).

Professionals changing careers who have held roles in security / safety, loss prevention, or industrial guarding.

Newcomers with experience as security guards in their country of origin and a valid BSP license.
