What You’ll Do
- Support day‑to‑day operations of multi‑facet security systems and solutions, adhering to policies, processes, and procedures.
- Promptly address the service queue across multiple ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy).
- Interpret solution design and architecture specifications for hardware / software compatibility.
- Contribute to the delivery of security projects and programs.
- Participate in overnight maintenance windows as scheduled.
- Take part in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours support.
- Contribute to operational process and procedure development and improvement.
- Review and update operational documentation as assigned.
- Support SOC investigations, helping to extract relevant data and provide supporting evidence.
What You Bring
Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in on‑prem security solution support.Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in cloud‑based security solution support.Working knowledge of enterprise‑level SIEM software.Experience with threat detection and prevention tools such as CrowdStrike.Proven experience with WAF or WAAP cloud‑based solutions.Excellent Excel skills manipulating data and creating reports from multiple data sources.Support of administrative content, including access rights, rules, dashboards, capacity, and performance monitoring.Practical scripting experience in Java, Python, and PowerShell.Experience with SQL / KQL / XML / JSON query or data‑management coding.Proven knowledge of navigating Linux / Unix command‑line utilities.Experience with Dynatrace operations.Working knowledge of the Elastic stack (focus on Kibana or similar).Preferred Competencies
Experience presenting technical points to technical, user, and management audiences.Team‑oriented, with extensive experience in complex technical projects.Self‑driven with the ability to accept responsibility with minimal supervision.Disciplined, systematic, and well‑organized approach to tasks.Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.Professional designation such as CISSP, CISM, etc. (asset).Benefits
