MT>Align is seeking highly motivated junior and experienced litigation lawyers to join our roster. The candidate must have experience in:

• Corporate litigation;
• Commercial & Civil litigation;
• Conducting legal research;
• Willingness to handle both Small Claims Court and Superior Court files;
• Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail;
• Strong legal, advocacy and organizational skills;
• Mediation experience;
• Court, trial and tribunal experience;
• Confidence to manage files and clients independently; and
• Bilingual in English and French would be an asset but not required.
