Your Responsibilities :

  • Supervise, coordinate, and lead a team of technical graphic designers, ensuring their performance and professional growth.
  • Plan and prioritize team tasks and projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Review and approve technical drawings to ensure they comply with graphic, technical, and client specifications.
  • Produce technical drawings for select key projects requiring expertise or special attention.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the graphic design team and other departments, such as production and project management.
  • Provide technical support to drafters and solve complex challenges that may arise during projects.
  • Implement effective processes and tools to enhance the team's productivity and precision.
  • Participate in interdepartmental meetings to monitor project progress and address potential obstacles.
  • Ensure team objectives and client expectations are not only met but exceeded.

    • The Details :

  • Permanent, full-time position (40 hours / week).
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday (half-day Fridays).

  • Degree in technical graphic design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, focused on the production or creation of technical drawings (experience in the signage industry is an asset).
  • Experience in team management or supervision, with a knack for motivating and guiding others.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and / or CorelDraw, with knowledge of graphic and technical standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction plans with technical creativity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in   French   (spoken and written) and   English   (written).
  • Precision and attention to detail are a must.
