Responsibilities
As a key pillar of the service department, you will act as the liaison between customers, the technical team, and logistics. Your duties will include:

Service Coordination: Scheduling and dispatching service calls and technicians.

Customer Follow-up: Proactively communicating with clients regarding order status and service timelines.

Administrative Management: Preparing purchase orders, validating service billing, and maintaining up-to-date customer files.

Optimization: Collaborating with the distribution department to ensure delivery deadlines are met.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a coordination role (service, logistics, or distribution).

Bilingualism: Proficiency in both English and French is essential for communicating with clients and partners.

Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure.

Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and comfortable using ERP systems.
