LOOKING FOR : Retired Civil / Sitework Super or Inspector / PM | Part-time | $100 / hr

WHO WE WANT

Retired super from a civil contractor or retired municipal inspector. You know excavation, grading, utility trenching, service connections, backfill.

THE WORK

We build wood-frame multi-unit residential across HRM. Early in each project, we need someone to verify site work is right.

Brief crews on what we expect. Certify work at key milestones. 2-4 visits per project.

THE MONEY

$100 / hour on site 1.5 hour minimum $150 bonus when work passes first time after your crew briefing
