This is a temporary assignment, up to 12 months, open to all offices.

Job Summary

Lead a high performing team in the research, assessment, design, development, execution and evaluation of talent and skills development programs across customer facing clusters to build capability and improve effectiveness and efficiency. Performance coach and develop a team of professionals who are experts in designing learning experiences from the perspective of the employee. Build trusting relationships with all stakeholders ensuring a results driven and continuous learning culture.
