Greeting all visitors and clients in a warm and professional mannerAnswers all incoming calls promptly and redirects calls when neededProcesses all incoming and outgoing mail and couriersProvides administrative support including data entry, file management, and scanningMonitors and purchases office suppliesBoardroom preparation including catering and any technical requirementsEnsure all office policies and procedures are in compliance with company expectationsCollaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvements and business growthQualification Requirement :
Minimum of 1+ year of Reception experience preferredSelf-motivated and accountable, with a proven ability to execute and deliver resultsProactive problem solver with strong analytical skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasksStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient utilizing MS Office, Teams, and ZoomPositive, team-oriented attitudeReliable, punctual, and hardworkingAvailable to work in-office from 7 : 30am-5 : 00pm
