Our customer is looking for a Sales Representative to manage relationships and drive growth in the West Quebec territory (Montreal West, Îles Perrot, Chateauguay, Beauharnois, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Rawdon, Gatineau).
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across your territory.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Visit grocery and retail stores regularly to ensure product placement, display standards, and promotional activities are optimized.
- Monitor stock levels, planogram compliance, and product integrity to maximize sales potential.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Plan your territory effectively, optimizing your route and time to drive results efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback, product quality issues, and market insights.
- Maintain organized retail files and leverage sales tools to track performance and progress.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of sales experience (selling into grocery stores required).Early career.Fully bilingual (FR / EN) and post-secondary education.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.Seniority level
