You as an ‘AV / Controls Technician’ will :
- Troubleshoot and repair all audio / visual equipment with high sense of urgency
- Assist in reorganizing offices and courtroom millwork by maintaining the functionality of the computer and audio / visual equipment
- Help resolve building automation system related issues such as : cooling, heating, and ventilation etc.
- Troubleshoot and maintain all courthouse related electronics, security system, automated door locks and operators, duress station, automated roll up doors, etc.
- Back-up and maintain security and automation servers
- Assist client and subcontractors to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all networking equipment.
- Work side by side with electrician to repair automated lighting systems and other duties as required
- Prepare report using automation software and Microsoft office as requested
- Perform all preventative maintenance in efficient and timely manner, adhere and maintain departmental standards for undertaking work to meet quality standards and key performance targets
- Comply with relevant safety procedures, company policies and procedures and adheres to company standards
- Operate maintenance equipment as necessary
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
