What you’ll do :
Reporting to the Assistant Grocery Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include :
- Provide exceptional customer service and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a neat, clean, fresh, and well-merchandised department.
- Process guest transactions, pack groceries, and handle home delivery / online orders.
- Ensure the location is clean and orderly, with safety as a top priority.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate behaviors that align with the company's values and focus on safety.
- Greet customers, respond to questions, and ensure price accuracy.
- Prioritize tasks and follow maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Operate equipment safely and responsibly.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in customer service is an asset. Candidates will demonstrate the following :
