The Maintenance Supervisor will work closely with the Operations and Maintenance Team reporting directly to the Production Manager.
The Maintenance Supervisor will control and monitor maintenance operations and oversee an already very successful team.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.
PLC Programming - ABB, Allen Bradley
Maintains preventative maintenance and making contacts with vendors for necessary repair items.
Directs hourly workers to ensure compliance with company objectives
Monitor production process and initiate or implement corrective measures
Direct hourly workers to ensure compliance with company objectives.
Communication skills to deal with a variety of issues in a unionized manufacturing environment.
50% of your day is in office doing administrative duties and 50% of your day is on the floor assisting your team
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Maintenance Leadership as a minimum requirement
Must possess a 442A license and working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting AND programming
Previous experience with automation considered a huge asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must understand safety regulations such as OSHA, SARA and HAZWOPER
