About HotTakes

HotTakes is a dynamic and fast-growing company at the forefront of the sports industry. Our unique, free-to-play sports app acts as a betting simulator for sports fans, offering an exciting and engaging platform. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and adaptable Business Operations Intern to assist our operations team in key initiatives. This paid , full-time summer internship is ideal for a recent graduate or a student about to graduate and has the potential to transition into a full-time role in the fall.

Role Overview

This role provides hands-on experience in business operations, influencer and VIP program support, and partnership management. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Support : Assist the operations team with daily tasks, including data management, reporting, and process improvement.
  • Influencer & VIP Program Assistance : Support influencer outreach, onboarding, and contract coordination to help drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
  • Partnership Coordination : Help identify and engage potential partners, track ongoing collaborations, and contribute to partnership strategies.
  • Influencer Onboarding & Contract Management : Facilitate the onboarding process for influencers, including sending contracts and ensuring a seamless transition from recruitment to collaboration.
  • Market Research : Conduct research on trends in sports betting, influencer marketing, and user engagement to support business growth.
  • Administrative Tasks : Provide general administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sports and familiarity with the sports betting / iGaming industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools is considered an asset.
