Job Description

Western Financial Group is hiring licensed Life Insurance Producers. This is a work from home, commission driven position, where we provide you with work equipment and high-quality leads. Our value proposition is that you will never run out of people to talk to. This is the ideal position for someone who wants to close sales without prospecting.

What You’ll Do:

• Convert a high volume of leads into new business, while servicing and renewing your growing book of business and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Work closely with local Western branches to support our current customer base and their Financial Services needs
• Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring that you are tailoring the right solutions for every customer
• Ensure every call meets the highest standards of compliance and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Must have an LLQP licence
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Resilient and motivated by smashing targets
• Passionate about insurance and continuously expanding your product knowledge
