Data Acquisition Administrator

Position Overview :

The Data team are looking for a graduate to join the Data Acquisition and Strategy team to support them in troubleshooting data source issues. As part of the team you will work closely with the Data Strategy Data Development and investment teams to maintain data relationships for the firm.

• Support the team in day-to-day monitoring of existing data vendor relationships and data flow
• Work with front and back-office stakeholders across the organization to deliver data solutions across a wide range of asset classes geographies and instrument types
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering team to implement solutions to maintain data integrity such as timely data downloads status reports and data clean-up scripts
• Assist in management front / middle office requests to ensure data is properly evaluated implemented and risk assessed
• Participate in corporate strategy initiatives which includes advanced data inquires and coordinating with management team on other business management efforts
• Support the team with administrative tasks
