The Role

As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will provide professional, practical, and compliant occupational health and safety advice to Peninsula clients across a wide range of industries. This is an office-based advisory role where you will support clients remotely via phone, email, and video calls.

You'll work closely with businesses to interpret legislation, implement effective safety systems, and promote proactive safety practices. Working Hours : Monday to Friday

Shifts typically fall between 9 : 00am5 : 30pm PST or 12 : 00pm8 : 30pm EST

Flexibility is required, as hours may vary based on client coverage needs. Occasional weekend work may be required. This is a office based role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, practical, and compliant OHS advice and solutions aligned with Canadian legislation, COR, ISO 45001, and Peninsula programs
• Proactively follow up with clients regarding advice, recommendations, and ongoing support
• Participate in video calls with clients when preferred or required
• Promote proactive safety initiatives including training, inspections, and leadership engagement
• Conduct research to support client health and safety inquiries
• Document all client interactions and advice provided within Salesforce
• Support clients in using Peninsula's OHS management software, policies, and programs
• Assist with the development and revision of health and safety documentation, including compliance with platforms such as ISNetworld and Avetta
• Achieve internal performance and quality standards
