Adecco is currently seeking a Project Manager for a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Grande Prairie .

In this role, you will own restoration projects from start to finish, leading crews, managing stakeholders, and ensuring every job is delivered safely, on time, and on budget. This position is ideal for a strong leader with a construction or restoration background who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments and is comfortable being on call when emergencies arise.

Salary : $80,000 - $115,000 annually (dependent on experience)
Location : Grande Prairie, AB
Job type : Full-time | Permanent
Shift : 7 : 30am - 5 : 00pm with on-call rotation

Responsibilities :

Own every stage of restoration projects, from first call to final walk-through

Lead, motivate, and inspire crews to deliver high-quality results on time and on budget

Act as the main point of contact for clients, insurance partners, and subcontractors

Scope projects, prepare accurate estimates, and manage timelines

Coordinate schedules, budgets, trades, and logistics across multiple projects

Ensure all work meets safety standards, quality expectations, and client satisfaction

Maintain organized, accurate, and audit-ready project documentation

Foster a positive team culture that encourages accountability and high performance

Requirements :

Must be eligible to work and reside within Canada

3-5+ years of experience in project management (restoration, construction, or related field)

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and restoration practices

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience managing construction-related projects is a strong asset

IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) or equivalent certifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating software, and online platforms

Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Flexibility to work an on-call schedule and respond during emergency situations

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
