Job Description :
Be the primary and crucial first point of contact at the Questrade Trade desk contact center. Be responsible for handling all inbound calls in relation to trade related topics, while delivering stellar quality and accuracy of information prioritizing a client-centric focus.
As a licensed IR, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and deal with various trade related topics such as equities, options, fixed income, precious metals, mutual funds, FX and more.
