Job description

Randstad Canada is currently interviewing General Labourers for one of our renowned clients in the electronics and technology field.

This client is located at 122 Dorey Ave, Unit 1, NS

All shifts are Mondays - Fridays.

Potential shift available :

10 : 30 AM - 7 PM

Starting wage for general labor role is $16.50 / hr.

Responsibilities

  • Sorting big screen TV orders
  • Putting TV’s on skids
  • Palletizing and wrapping skids
  • Breaking down skids
  • Sorting and verifying items
  • Put aways
  • Inventory counts, moves, adjustments,
  • Order Picking
  • General housekeeping duties
  • Qualifications

  • Comfortable with walking long distances
  • Candidates need to be good with numbers and computers
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs consecutively
  • Completion of criminal record check
  • Previous experience with using an RF scanner
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced setting
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting
