We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our team in the manufacturing industry, located in Burlington, Ontario. As an Operations Associate, you will have the primary responsibility of providing excellent customer service, managing customer information, and addressing customer concerns. This role also includes the processing and entry of orders, as well as the monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts.Responsibilities : - Efficiently process and enter all types of customer orders as required- Provide exceptional customer service, including troubleshooting and resolving product issues - Maintain and update customer records based on interactions- Collaborate with various departments to follow up on customer orders- Handle manual credits and in-office processing support tasks- Assist in the manual tear down and sorting of products and packaging - Occasionally provide phone system coverage and place follow up calls with customers - Develop and sustain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services- Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the business.- Proficient in customer service with excellent communication skills- Ability to perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficient in using computer software and tools related to manufacturing operations- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operational issues- Willingness to adhere to all safety standards and protocols in a manufacturing setting- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary- Physical stamina and strength to handle operational tasks in a manufacturing setting.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
