With 70+ products in nearly every major business category, including sales, marketing, customer support, accounting and back office operations, and an array of productivity, collaboration and application building tools.

With more than k customers globally and million users worldwide, your role would have it's primary focus to grow business in the Mid Market & Enterprise. You will be responsible for driving new business in Quebec and beyond utilizing your expertise to understand customer needs and suggest applications and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • You will build the sales pipeline using core sales processes to produce revenue in line with quota.
  • You will build long-term relationships with key senior-level decision makers of large organizations and work in tandem with the pre sales technical team in supporting their digital transformation using our products.
  • Collaborate with Zoho product teams and update product knowledge constantly.
  • Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system
  • Engage closely with the pre-sales / implementation / partner / training team to help determine the best approach for the overall sales enablement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales with a minimum of 5-7 years in the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive for achieving results.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and demonstration abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product, including their features, functionalities, and integrations. Stay updated on new releases and enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product enhancements, marketing campaigns, and customer requirements.
  • Experience with other CRM or relevant SaaS vendors will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates will be required to spend time in our Cornwall office
