General Responsibilities :

  • Oversee project management from contract award to completion.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the site supervisor, making decisions that contribute to the seamless execution and success of assigned projects while aligning with company policies.
  • Continuously identify and recommend process improvements.

Specific Responsibilities :

  • Conduct initial consultations with the sales coordinator to clarify project scope and key details.
  • Coordinate with the Pre-Construction Coordinator to track Site Plan Approval and permit processes for efficiency.
  • Oversee engineering and design coordination with consultants and internal teams.
  • Manage construction coordination with the site supervisor and subcontractors.
  • Monitor budgets and job costs, including pre-construction reviews with the site supervisor and post-project cost analysis.
  • Review and ensure compliance with contractual terms and obligations.
  • Assess drawings for efficiency and feasibility, providing feedback to the Pre-Construction Coordinator.
  • Review and approve shop drawings.
