Job descriptionFridays from 3 PM - 9 PM Saturdays and Sundays from 2 PM - 8 PM Possible weekday shifts on Wednesdays and Thursdays Product Demonstrations : Organize and conduct in-store sampling events highlighting featured products. Customer Engagement : Actively engage with customers, providing product information and encouraging purchases. Product Knowledge : Understand the brands and products to communicate their benefits effectively. Setup and Cleanup : Organize product displays and follow food safety protocols. Sales Support : Direct interested customers to the correct aisles for purchases. Compliance : Follow company and store guidelines, ensuring demonstrations meet safety standards. Strong communication and customer service skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Sales-driven with a proactive approach to promoting products Positive, Energetic, Lively and Charismatic Previous retail, promotions, or customer service experience is preferred (training provided) Previous hands-on experience in brand marketing and customer engagement would be an asset In-store work during peak shopping hours (evenings and weekends) Branded uniforms will be provided Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
