Position Summary
As a Sales Representative at Grimco, you will be instrumental in managing the entire sales cycle, from order entry and prospecting to lead generation, closing sales, and fostering enduring customer relationships. Your expertise will contribute to expanding our market share within a designated territory by promoting our CORE products and leveraging Grimco’s competitive advantages in the sign supply industry. This position is a permanent, full‑time role with hours Monday to Friday, 8 : 30‑5 : 00 pm, located in Dorval, QC.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve performance targets in inbound and outbound sales, gather customer insights, and share market intelligence with the sales leadership.
Comprehensive Sales Oversight – manage the sales process from order entry to closing, maintain accurate records in Infor CSD and HubSpot.Customer EngagementDeliver timely, knowledgeable service to prospects and existing customers, promote CORE products, and generate regular lead submissions.
Handle high volume inbound customer interactions (30+ daily) and outbound outreach (15+ daily).Face‑to‑face engagement – visit 10‑15 targeted customers per day, prepare visit reports, and provide feedback.Market Expansion – stay current on product and technology trends, identify opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell, and lead with CORE products and Exclusive Brands.Customer Experience – ensure timely shipping, accurate invoicing, and proactive communication about orders.Collaboration and Reporting – support the Regional / Branch Sales Manager, assist with cataloging and special events, and maintain effective communication across departments.Professionalism – meet deadlines, maintain positive attitude, submit expense reports, and manage business costs efficiently.Requirements
