Associate Director, Roynat Equity Partners, Canadian Banking

Purpose
Reporting to a Director of REP in Toronto / Ottawa, the Associate Director plays a key role in making and managing private equity / venture capital fund investments.
The Associate Director is responsible for providing ongoing support in the form of financial modelling, screening potential investment opportunities, conducting market research, providing assistance with due diligence, drafting investment summaries and internal memorandums, and general account administration. The role has shared support of a Senior Associate and Analyst.
