TEMPORARY SKILLED LABOURER - PUBLIC WORKS

(4 Positions)

Reporting to : Public Works Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor

Department : Public Works

Classification : Temporary Full-Time Hours (Maximum 6 months); Unionized

Salary Range : $30.72 / hour as per Schedule “A”

Hours of Work :   Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. or 3 : 30 p.m. to 11 : 30 p.m.

Starting Date :   As soon as possible

• Perform various manual labour duties such as, but not limited to :

Work on the concrete crew,

Set up traffic control measures,

Help mechanics as needed,
