Role Overview :

As a Brand Content Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative through compelling content creation, social media management, and strategic communication initiatives. This role combines creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to enhance Leyton’s visibility and engagement across various channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Creation :

  • Develop and manage an innovative editorial calendar to stay ahead of key projects and campaigns.
  • Create high-quality bilingual (French and English) content aligned with our editorial and visual guidelines, including articles, social media posts, newsletters, videos, infographics, emails, and client testimonials.

Social Media Management :

  • Publish and promote content across relevant social media platforms (, Instagram, Youtube, X), ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support paid social media campaigns through proofreading and quality checks.
  • Website Management :

  • Upload and optimize content for the website while adhering to SEO best practices.
  • Performance Tracking :

  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Present results during quarterly meetings, highlighting key insights and the top 3 performing posts of the month.
  • Brand Awareness :

  • Strengthen Leyton’s brand presence and recognition across Canada through creative initiatives.
  • Design & Innovation :

  • Develop and adapt interactive and creative content in line with our branding guidelines.
  • Customer Experience (CX) :

  • Participate in sales and consulting meetings to gain industry knowledge and familiarize yourself with technical terminology.
  • Team Collaboration :

  • Support team members on various projects, including the organization of on-site events.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (preferably in a B2B environment or a Consulting firm is a plus).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in both French and English.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Creativity with a keen eye for design and branding.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and content management systems is a plus.
