MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

At Paradigm, we are committed to growing our team and promoting from within. Our Management Training Program is designed to develop future leaders in the commercial vehicle and equipment industry. Starting in entry-level roles like Rental Sales Representative, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and development in sales, operations, and leadership.

POSITION SUMMARY

Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and on-site visits.

Respond to walk-ins and inbound rental inquiries, serving as a subject matter expert who matches clients with the right vehicles or equipment to meet their needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Manage rental agreements, contracts, and all documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Conduct rental check-ins and check-outs while ensuring vehicles and equipment meet company standards.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from booking to delivery.

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team rental quotas.

A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Experienced in sales, retail, customer service, or similar roles (previous experience in fleet rentals or equipment preferred)

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE TO APPLY :

High school diploma or equivalent required (post-secondary education preferred)

Must be 18 years of age or older

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years)

6+ months of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields

Ability to pass pre-employment background and MVR screenings

Open availability to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs
