POSITION OVERVIEW

As a student you will support the Client Contact Centre team with a variety of tasks including:

• Support Analysts with requests: Help organize and prioritize incoming requests (phone email chat).

• Data Validation: Check the accuracy and consistency of client information in systems following security and confidentiality procedures.

• Compile required documents for additional financing requests or rejections ensuring clarity in explanations provided by analysts.

• Team Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with analysts and internal representatives to ensure smooth workflow.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.

• Excellent written and oral communication.

• Collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills.

• Autonomy initiative and attention to details.

• Basic knowledge of financial products and concepts (interest rates mortgages loans financial statements).

• Completed at least one year of post-secondary studies in a relevant field and be enrolled full-time in a program for the fall 2026 semester.

• Bilingualism in English and French is required.
