Position Summary :
Our clients have immediate openings for certified Counterbalance and Raymond Reach Forklift Drivers in Milton.
Day Shift : 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm - $25 / hr
- Using a forklift, tugger or reach truck to load, unload and move products and materials
- Pick orders, stocking, packing and unpacking goods
- Stocking, packing and unpacking goods
- Transporting and distributing material
Position to start ASAP
Job Requirements
Preferred Skills and Requirements :
- Must be experienced on the following : Swing reach, Counterbalance, Reach, Order Picker, Single ride on walkie
- Valid forklift license from a forklift training center (counterbalance, raymond reach, narrow aisle, tugger, etc)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to handle heavy loads with good manual dexterity, attention to detail and hand eye co-ordination
- Warehouse picking / put away experience
- Manufacturing or General Labour experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to stand for 8 hours, with repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting (up to 30lbs)
- Work efficiently; meeting production targets.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
