Maintenance Technologist •

Overview

3M is seeking a Maintenance Technologist for its Brockville, ON site. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic team environment, perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance proficiently on a variety of innovative manufacturing machines, and will be challenged to apply knowledge and skills to achieve high personal and group performance working with a world‑class team. Safe, high‑quality diagnostics and repair are expected, and your creative and innovative improvement solutions are equally sought out. This role will appeal to Control Systems Technicians and Electrical Engineering Technologists. New graduates are welcomed to apply.

Addressing Controlled Goods Clearance

• Successful security clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods Registration program is mandatory; the following are typical requirements :
• Must be a Canadian citizen normally residing in Canada, or a Permanent Resident normally residing in Canada.
• Must have valid and current identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport, birth certificate).
• Must be able to provide a residential address and employment history of the past 5 years.
• If applicable, living outside Canada during the past five years will require an international criminal name check.
