As our Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and, ultimately, revenue growth.
You'll be creating assets for social media, editing videos, coordinating and scheduling promotional events, crafting chat-marketing automations to engage with followers on social media and expanding our testimonial marketing approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media content under the guidance / direction of our Social Media Lead
- Edit promotional videos to bolster engagement
- Implement and manage chat-marketing automations through tools like ManyChats
- Enhance existing testimonial marketing approach to showcase customer wins and success stories
- Coordinate and schedule promotional program events
- Analyze customer behaviour, trends, and preferences to maintain a customer-centric approach
- Prepare reports to efficiently and effectively communicate marketing tactics and results
Ideal Candidates will Possess the Following
- Reside in British Columbia or Alberta
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer support
- Proficiency in video editing software and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Demonstrated ability to embody Copyhackers' values in their work
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Salary : $60,000 per year
$60,000 per year
