This is a great opportunity for a motivated pharmacist to become an integral part of a growing interdisciplinary health care team , working closely with physicians and clinic staff to improve patient outcomes and community health.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care and medication management.
• Collaborate closely with family physicians and other health professionals.
• Administer injections and vaccinations as required.
• Support patient education and promote medication adherence.
