Position Overview :

HotTakes is seeking a Part-time User Experience Analyst to join our team. This flexible opportunity is perfect for ambitious individuals—whether you’re currently in school or pursuing other ventures—looking to contribute 5–15 hours per week to making a meaningful impact. As a User Experience Analyst, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to enhance our platform, improve user satisfaction, and support business growth.

What You’ll Do :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve business intelligence dashboards, internal reporting tools, and analytics systems.
  • Conduct user feedback collection campaigns and contribute to improving app store reviews.
  • Lead user support efforts, ensuring timely resolution of issues, errors, and customer concerns by working directly with the engineering team to optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize administrative and analytics tools to monitor the platform, ensuring a cohesive and seamless user journey.
  • Facilitate feature experimentation and A / B testing campaigns to gather insights for product improvement and prioritization.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Ambitious, detail-oriented individuals with strong initiative and self-direction.
  • A passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Interest in sports or sports betting is a significant plus .
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively and manage user support inquiries.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with data science, analytics, or programming (backend, frontend, or mobile development).

    • Position Details :

  • Flexible, part-time hours (5–15 hours per week) to accommodate your schedule, whether you’re in school or pursuing other opportunities.
  • Compensation : $24–$30 CAD / hour.
