- Acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and departments.- Coordinating activities to ensure effective communication across teams.
- Managing work requests, assigning work orders, and maintaining schedules.- Handling clerical operations, courier services, and the distribution of mail and packages.
Qualifications : - Experience with mailroom functions and facilities is an asset.- Experience in office administration and coordination.
