Established in 1997, Nanak Foods specializes in the manufacturing of paneer cheese, ghee (clarified butter), yogurt and various dairy-based appetizers and desserts. Nanak Foods manufacturing facilities are CFIA, FDA and EU approved and have Safe Quality Food (SQF) level 3 certification ensuring continual monitoring for quality, safety and legality.

The

Food Processing Technician – Dairy Production is an essential member of the Nanak’s food processing operation and is r esponsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting dairy processing equipment with a focus on instrumentation, automation, and HMI systems. Ensures efficient and safe food processing in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment using HMI systems and automated controls.
• Perform operational adjustments and troubleshoot equipment and instrumentation issues.
• Calibrate and verify instrumentation (sensors, valves, temperature / flow devices).
• Monitor process parameters and product quality; make real-time adjustments.
• Ensure safety systems and interlocks are functioning correctly.
• Maintain accurate production and troubleshooting logs.
• Follow GMP, food safety, and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
