Your Mission :

Project and Production Management

  • Strategic Planning : Drive and oversee MVT-powered projects, from visionary concepts to flawless execution, working in lockstep with creative, sales, technical, and production teams.
  • Resource Management : Orchestrate human and material resources to bring extraordinary projects to life, all while meeting ambitious deadlines and budgets.
  • Quality Control : Elevate the production quality to continuously improve and elevate, ensuring dazzling effects, seamless projections, and a showstopping fan experience that aligns with each client's creative dreams.

Be a Tech Visionary

  • Stay Ahead of the Curve : Keep up with new and evolving technologies including AR, VR, video mapping, AI-driven video content creation, and the latest visual technologies; and apply to business objectives.
  • Reimagine the Possible : Conceive, pitch, and deliver awe-inspiring applications of emerging tech to redefine audience engagement and storytelling.
  • Competitive Edge & Analysis : Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and competitor innovations to ensure PixMob remains the pioneer in visual innovation.
  • Inspire and Empower a Dream Team

  • Team Management & Motivational Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of video integrators, technicians, and video designers (motion designers).
  • Alignment with Sales, R&D, and Operations : Collaborate with R&D, operations, and sales teams to flawlessly integrate technology into every project. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare client presentations and contribute to the service offering.
  • External Partnerships : Forge strategic alliances with suppliers and tech innovators to procure necessary tools, equipment, or services.
  • Engineer & Maintain Tech Infrastructure

  • Supervising Video Systems : Ensure the installation, maintenance, and optimization of equipment (cameras, projectors, tracking systems, etc.) used in projects.
  • Technological Integration : Ensure the smooth integration of visual technologies into existing infrastructures, including studios, projection rooms, or event spaces.
  • Safety and Sustainability of Equipment : Evaluate and implement safety protocols for the use of visual equipment in professional environments.
  • Master Budgets, Deliver ROI

  • Financial Precision & Budget Management : Craft and control budgets that maximize impact while minimizing cost.
  • Invest in Innovation : Optimize investments and equipment to elevate quality, creativity, and the final experience, delivering jaw-dropping results without breaking the bank.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relationships

  • Present & Demonstrate : Organize and lead engaging demos of PixMob's advanced visual technologies, dazzling clients with what's possible and highlighting the creative and technical capabilities.
  • Build Relationships : Become the trusted advisor clients turn to for visually stunning solutions that redefine their events.
  • Cultivate Excellence

  • Nurture Talent : Empower your team with training that keeps them at the forefront of visual innovation and production.
  • Foster Growth : Champion a culture of continuous learning, connecting your team with cutting-edge workshops, resources, and events to ensure PixMob's creative edge.
  • What You Bring :

  • Education : Degree in management, interactive design, engineering, or a related field. Additional training in project management or visual arts is often an asset.
  • Experience : A minimum of 5 years of management experience, ideally in a field related to event visual production.
  • Software Expertise : A deep understanding and proficiency in video production software and equipment (Adobe, Luma, Runway, projection systems, etc.) as well as systems for managing light, sound and imagery.
  • Project Management Skills : Expertise in project management, planning, and supervising interdisciplinary teams.
  • English Proficiency : Ability to communicate fluently in English
