Opportunity: This individual contributor role will lead product management for Smart Home and Media AI agents across automotive and non-automotive verticals.

What does Success Look Like? Success in this role is driving successful adoption and launch of Smart Home and Media AI agents across global OEMs in automotive and non-automotive verticals. This high visibility role requires regular face time with OEMs, top technology partner teams and their leadership. Internally, this role entails close collaboration with cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Sales, Sales Engineering, Legal, and Bizdev, as well as the executive team.

Requirements:

  • An ideal candidate will be someone who is entrepreneurial and creative, with strong technical depth in the AI space and ability to influence externally and internally.
  • 5+ years of product experience managing complex technology products, ideally in the AI space.
  • Experience building AI agents for diverse use cases is highly preferable
  • Skilled in driving and moderating cross-functional teams.
  • Creative and passionate problem solver committed to customer innovation.
  • Team player with hands-on mentality, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong English communication skills (both spoken & written). Chinese or Japanese language skills preferred (both spoken & written).

Responsibilities:

  • Document product requirements, user stories, and artifacts to provide clear guidance for the product development process.

  • Define a customer and market driven strategy that sets the direction and guides our investments. Communicate the proposed strategy and value to key stakeholders and define some high-level objectives.

  • Translate product requirements into semantic specifications and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure effective implementation and alignment with customer needs.

  • Develop and communicate compelling product roadmaps, refining product positioning and messaging to differentiate our offerings and establish market leadership

  • Serve as the internal and external product expert, providing comprehensive knowledge and support.

  • Conduct thorough market research to gain valuable insights into user and OEM customer needs

  • Engage with sales and customers to gather market requirements, and prioritize them based on strategic alignment and business objectives

  • Provide support to the sales team through training programs, tools, and resources, enabling them to effectively communicate the value of our products, initiate customer conversations, and accelerate the sales cycle.

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to devise sales strategies and support them in customer meetings. Proactively track competitors, continually updating information on their strengths and weaknesses

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities and threats and propose offensive and defensive strategies to maintain our competitive edge.

La réussite dans ce rôle repose sur l’adoption et le lancement efficaces des agents IA de maison intelligente et de médias auprès d’OEM mondiaux dans les secteurs automobile et non automobile. Ce rôle très visible nécessite des rencontres régulières avec les OEM, les partenaires technologiques de haut niveau et leurs équipes de direction. À l’interne, le poste implique une collaboration étroite avec les équipes interfonctionnelles en R\&D, marketing, ventes, ingénierie des ventes, affaires juridiques et développement des affaires, ainsi qu’avec l’équipe de direction.

Exigences :

  • Le/la candidate idéal(e) fait preuve d’un esprit entrepreneurial et créatif, possède une forte profondeur technique dans le domaine de l’IA et a la capacité d’influencer tant à l’interne qu’à l’externe.
  • 5+ années d’expérience en gestion de produits technologiques complexes, idéalement dans le domaine de l’IA.
  • Une expérience dans la création d’agents IA pour divers cas d’utilisation est fortement souhaitée.
  • Aptitude démontrée à diriger et à mobiliser des équipes interfonctionnelles.
  • Esprit créatif et passionné par la résolution de problèmes et l’innovation centrée sur le client.
  • Esprit d’équipe avec une approche pratique, de la résilience et une forte orientation vers les résultats.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais (oral et écrit). La maîtrise du chinois ou du japonais (oral et écrit) est un atout.

Responsabilités:

  • Documenter les exigences produit, les récits utilisateurs et autres artefacts afin d’offrir des orientations claires pour le processus de développement du produit.
  • Définir une stratégie axée sur le client et le marché afin de guider l’orientation et les investissements. Communiquer la stratégie proposée et sa valeur aux parties prenantes, et établir des objectifs de haut niveau.
  • Traduire les exigences produit en spécifications sémantiques et collaborer étroitement avec les équipes d’ingénierie pour assurer une mise en œuvre efficace et conforme aux besoins des clients.
  • Élaborer et communiquer des feuilles de route produit convaincantes, en raffinant le positionnement et le message produit pour différencier nos offres et établir un leadership sur le marché.
  • Agir comme expert(e) produit interne et externe, en fournissant des connaissances complètes et un soutien continu.
  • Effectuer des recherches de marché approfondies afin d’obtenir des informations pertinentes sur les besoins des utilisateurs et des clients OEM.
  • Collaborer avec les ventes et les clients pour recueillir les exigences du marché, puis les prioriser selon l’alignement stratégique et les objectifs d’affaires.
  • Soutenir l’équipe des ventes par le biais de formations, d’outils et de ressources, afin de leur permettre de communiquer efficacement la valeur de nos produits, d’amorcer les conversations clients et d’accélérer le cycle de vente.
  • Travailler avec les représentants commerciaux pour élaborer des stratégies de vente et les accompagner lors de rencontres avec les clients. Assurer une veille concurrentielle proactive, en mettant continuellement à jour les informations sur leurs forces et faiblesses.
  • Réaliser des analyses approfondies pour identifier les occasions et les menaces, et proposer des stratégies offensives et défensives afin de maintenir notre avantage concurrentiel.
