Customer Service Representative - New Expansion!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for working directly with our customer service team to increase and support our promotional event & sales strategies.
This position includes collaboration to ensure that promotional sales and marketing activities are in line with goals of the company and proactively explores new ideas and enhancements to optimize lead generation.
Duties of the role include :
- Provide general support to customers at our promotional event spaces
- Learn how to create and develop new event ideas and promote to members of the public
- Generate, report, and facilitate sales at events including completion of a handful of sales daily
- Build relationships with customers and create an enjoyable experience
- Provide customers with up to date offers and deals that best suit their needs
- Preparing demonstrations and presentations for the events and setting up of branded events daily
- Attend required training sessions and learn all of the different aspects of associated business
- Implement direct marketing strategies to connect products to potential customers
