What will you contribute?

Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages for the unit, ensuring timely and accurate distribution. This role supports operational efficiency and provides excellent service to internal departments while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail and packages daily.
• Prepare and send outgoing mail, including courier shipments.
• Maintain accurate logs for incoming and outgoing mail.
• Monitor and replenish mailroom supplies.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
• Ensure all critical documents (court orders, motions, affidavit, urgent requests) are properly indexed for transfer to the client under strict timelines.
• Assist employees with mail-related inquiries and special requests.
