SCHEDULE : Full-Time

DIRECT REPORTS : N / A

PURPOSE OF POSITION :

This position is responsible for handling insured / broker account receivables, inquiries and concerns on various billing payments, NSFs, and collections at a policy level while ensuring a high level of customer service to our broker network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS :

• Manage incoming phone calls from insureds and brokers
• Provide a high level of customer service when dealing with customer or broker inquiries regarding account statuses
• Various processing tasks (policy payments, updating banking information, etc.)
• Closely work alongside the other Billing Representatives
• Various other duties as assigned
