HR Supervisor (1 year contract)
Critical role as the first touchpoint for employees on all aspects of HR to support their global company. This role is varied in supporting employee relations, being the go-to on questions, performance management in coaching managers as well as supporting HR projects, payroll, HR admin and more liaising with global counterparts! Our client is a high-growth global player in the manufacturing industry, with a presence in over 80 countries. The company offers innovative products aimed at solving some of the most complex construction and environmental challenges. Recently, it was acquired by a leading private equity firm with a history of enhancing and growing companies across various sectors. This acquisition will position the company for continued expansion through strategic investments and acquisitions.

What – The Role:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented HR Supervisor to support our day-to-day HR operations. This role focuses on being the point person for all aspects of HR for our global company. This includes employee relations, performance management, onboarding and full cycle HR as well as hr projects and admin. HR administration includes payroll processing, documentation, and benefits administration, helping ensure our people processes run smoothly and efficiently. HR projects including supporting the roll out and development of leadership training, new program change management and managing the SharePoint site.

You’ll work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate data, streamline communications, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Who – The Candidate:

Qualifications include:
  • Have 2-4 years of HR experience.
  • Are detail-oriented, organized, and dependable with some experience in supporting payroll.
  • Enjoy supporting others and making processes run smoothly.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Communicate clearly, both in writing and conversation.
  • Take initiative and don’t wait to be asked to solve a problem.
  • Bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude to your work.
  • Competitive salary range: $60-90,000 CAD, based on experience plus bonus.
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits.
  • 3 weeks of vacation.
  • RRSP.
