Responsibilities

  • Managing reservations and processing rentals in the system, along with preparing all required documentation.
  • Researching and sourcing equipment for the sales team as needed.
  • Assisting with Accounts Receivable (AR), including following up on overdue customer invoices.
  • Assisting in the creation of purchase orders for vendors and helping with invoice processing.
  • Maintaining and updating rental contract return dates to ensure accuracy for expiring contracts.
  • Providing logistical support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Qualifications

  • Minumum one year of experience as a Contract Administrator, or in Rental Coordination
  • Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, kneel.
