AtkinsRéalis is in search of a Lead, Document Control to join our team in Toronto, Ontario ! The Lead, Document Control will lead a small team supporting various exciting projects including a large transportation project in Toronto.

Location : Toronto, ON.

Your role within the team :

• Develop, implement, and assess implementation of Document Management procedures and processes.
• Ensure Project documentation are received, tracked, and monitored according to Document Management Plan.
• Develop and provide training, guidance and coaching to other Document Controllers, internal and external users to ensure consistent approach.
• Provide accurate and timely status reporting metrics of all pertinent document control functions.
• Provide document management oversight on the project and ensure that systems and procedures are being properly utilized.
• Responsible to oversee, implement, maintain, and support the continued development of tools, systems, processes, and procedures.
• Other duties as required.
