Job Description – French Proficient Functional Tester

Role Overview

The French Proficient Functional Tester will be responsible for executing manual functional testing activities while working in a French-language environment. This role requires strong proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking French, along with hands-on experience in test management tools and data validation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high-quality application delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute functional and manual test cases based on business and system requirements
  

• Perform testing activities in French, including test cases, documentation, and communication
  

• Use ALM and JIRA to manage test cases, defects, and test execution
  

• Handle, validate, and compare large data extracts to ensure data accuracy
  

• Identify, document, and track defects; provide clear feedback to development teams
  

• Assist with technical troubleshooting and operational issue analysis
  

• Ensure adherence to testing processes and quality standards
  

Essential Skills

• French language proficiency – ability to read, write, and speak fluently
  

• 4–6+ years of experience in Functional / Manual Testing
  

• Strong hands-on experience with ALM and JIRA
  

• Experience handling and comparing large volumes of data
  

• Strong understanding of manual testing processes and test management
  

• Ability to provide detailed feedback on technical, troubleshooting, and operational issues
