As a critical thinker with a growth mindset, the Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing various operational projects, with a focus on delivery aggregator management, restaurant technology, and customer experience management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and project management skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to handle fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

include but are not limited to) : Drive Transformation in Delivery Channel -

Implement strategies to significantly enhance delivery services.

Ensure exceptional customer and delivery experiences through analytics and effective management of relationshipsPerformance Analysis and Optimization

  • Monitor and evaluate overall performance, both existing and new delivery initiatives.Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with various teams to oversee and manage delivery aggregator partnerships, including onboarding, POS integration, and ongoing management.

Metrics-driven Decision Making

  • Analyze performance metrics related to delivery aggregator partnerships and conduct regular business reviews with leadership for informed decision-making.Operational Efficiency
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop sustainable labor models, ensuring operational efficiency.Technology and Customer Experience Enhancements
  • Leverage experience, analytics, and cross-functional relationships to explore and implement advanced restaurant technology and customer experience initiatives.Data-driven Optimization
  • Utilize available tools and data for comprehensive analytics, identifying areas for optimization and overall growth.Project Management : Lead delivery-related projects from initiation to completion.

Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams & vendors to achieve project objectives.Vendor Management :

Manage relationships with delivery service providers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, evaluate service levels, and ensure compliance with Pizza Hut standards.

Continuously assess vendor performance and seek opportunities for partnership enhancement.

Key Qualifications : 5+ years of relevant work experience, or combination of relevant work experience and educationDemonstrated proficiency with software application including MS Project, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Experience with delivery aggregator platforms and managing aggregator relationshipsStrong project management skills with ability to prioritize across multiple projects and people in a fact-paced environment to ensure projects are kept on trackProficiency in vendor relationship management and negotiationProven analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights to drive business decisionsHigh energy, go-getter attitude, and constantly driving for innovation and resultsStrong verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact with franchisees and internal cross-functional teamsStrong leadership and influencing skills are essentialPrior experience in the aggregator industry preferred, with a focus on project management and analytics.

Bilingual (English / French) is a plus
