Responsibilities

  • Creating customer orders into system
  • Update and track all pickups and deliveries
  • Count the inventory cycle
  • Coordinate and communicate with warehouse teams (order correction, preparation of referrals as well as internal transfers and those to the customer)
  • Coordinate and communicate with the logistics team and the night dispatcher
  • Ensure that charges are communicated to customers and billed accordingly
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing prompt turnaround time
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve total satisfaction
  • Update the reference tools for transfers and transactions daily
  • Entering data for shipping and receiving in TruckMate management (TMS)
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information
  • Deal with complaints, propose appropriate solutions and alternatives within a reasonable timeframe; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in warehousing sector, preferable 3PL industry
  • Knowledge of imports or exports
  • Bilingual (french and english)
  • Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service oriented
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office, PC Miller and Truckmate (Asset).
