We are seeking an experienced and high-calibre Senior Accountant to lead the financial operations of a growing vacation rental management company with a 150-unit portfolio. This hands-on role is ideal for a confident accounting leader who combines strong technical depth with the ability to guide, mentor, and elevate others.

This is a deeply operational position for someone who thrives on technical accuracy, detailed reconciliations, and ownership of the day-to-day accounting engine of the business. A core requirement of the role is mastery of the company’s “dual accounting” structure : Trust Accounting for property owners and Operating Accounting for the management company.

You will own the full accounting cycle, including guest payment audits, owner statement preparation, trust reconciliations, corporate P&L management, and month-end close. You will also supervise and mentor a Staff Accountant, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely execution across all accounting processes while continuously strengthening controls and workflows.

This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable working deeply within a modern property-management and accounting software stack, with a strong focus on transaction integrity, reconciliations, and process discipline. The successful candidate will bring structure, accountability, and steady leadership to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
