You will manage a route of retail outlets, ensuring the brand stands out through dynamic point‑of‑sale displays, cold storage management, and execution of promotional materials.

Create route‑level relationships and fuel connections with store managers to drive brand success.

Amp up merchandising : Charge product displays in cold vaults and coolers with dynamic arrangements that captivate customers.

Take up cold space : Maximize in‑store space for Monster Energy to dominate shelves.

Strategic POS management : Place and manage point‑of‑sale materials inside and outside accounts.

Preserve company assets : Maintain program materials and company assets in pristine condition.

Stay on time and on brand : Adhere to shift schedule and maintain brand image with proper attire.

Professional power : Engage customers and internal team members with exceptional communication, professionalism, and a proactive approach.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of sales experience.

Minimum 1 year of customer‑facing experience.

Clean driving record, 21 years of age or older.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has a range of $19‑$26 CAD. Pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
